App won't open or crashes
Update to the latest version from your app store. Restart your device. If crashes continue, email support with your device model, OS version, and app version from Settings.

Purchase not received
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Confirm you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If items are still missing after 24 hours, contact support with your receipt.

Progress not syncing
Check your internet connection and ensure account linking is enabled. Force-close and reopen the app. Avoid playing on two devices at the exact same time. Persistent sync issues — email support with your Player ID.
