1. Parties
This Affiliate Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is between StockIT and the affiliate partner promoting the app.
| Party | Role |
|---|---|
| StockIT (“Company,” “we,” “us”) | Mobile game developer and operator of the StockIT app |
| Affiliate Partner (“Partner,” “you,” “Creator,” “Influencer”) | Individual or entity promoting StockIT through approved referral links and content |
Partners are marketing affiliates, not “clients” of StockIT. StockIT does not charge Partners for participation; Partners may earn commission on attributed in-app purchases as described below.
2. Program overview
StockIT operates an affiliate / influencer revenue-share program for creators who drive installs and in-app purchases.
When a user installs StockIT through a Partner’s unique referral link and makes qualifying in-app purchases, Partner earns a percentage of Net Revenue (defined in Section 4) from those purchases, subject to this Agreement.
How it works:
- Partner shares an approved referral URL or deep link.
- A new user installs StockIT and is attributed to Partner.
- The user makes in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
- After platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other adjustments, Company and Partner split Net Revenue according to Section 5.
This is not a gross-revenue split. Partner does not receive 50% of the sticker price before store fees.
3. Platform and purchase rules
3.1 In-app purchases only (IAP / Play Billing)
Digital goods sold inside StockIT must use official store billing.
All digital goods sold inside the StockIT app—including virtual currency, gems, chests, boosts, lives, premium features, and subscriptions—must be purchased through:
- Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), and/or
- Google Play Billing (Android).
Partners must not direct users inside the app to external payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for digital game content unless a specific regional program explicitly permits it and Company has approved that flow in writing.

3.2 No player cash-reward revenue share
This program pays Partners for referred traffic. It does not offer regular players cash or revenue share for gameplay or purchases unless a separate, counsel-reviewed promotion applies. Offering players real-money earnings from purchases can raise gambling, sweepstakes, securities, money-transmission, or tax issues depending on structure and jurisdiction.
4. Definitions
4.1 Qualified Referral
A user who (a) clicked Partner’s approved referral link or used Partner’s approved promo code, (b) installed StockIT within the Attribution Window (Section 6), and (c) was not previously attributed to another Partner or excluded under Section 9.
4.2 Gross Revenue
The purchase price paid by a Qualified Referral for qualifying in-app purchases, before store fees and adjustments.
4.3 Net Revenue
Net Revenue is what Company actually receives after standard deductions — this is the basis for commission.
Net Revenue means amounts Company actually receives (or reasonably expects to receive) from qualifying in-app purchases by Qualified Referrals, after deducting:
| Deduction | Examples |
|---|---|
| App store fees | Apple App Store commission (often 15%–30%); Google Play service fees (Apple Small Business Program, Google Play service fees) |
| Refunds & chargebacks | Full or partial purchase reversals |
| Taxes & VAT | Sales tax, VAT, or similar levies collected or remitted |
| Payment processing | Processor fees not already included in store fees |
| Fraud & adjustments | Fraudulent transactions, platform clawbacks, currency adjustments |
| Discounts & credits | Promotional pricing, coupons, or platform credits applied to the purchase |
Net Revenue is calculated on a cash/collected basis where practicable; estimated accruals may be reversed in a later period if refunds or chargebacks occur.
4.4 Commission Period
The period during which Partner earns commission on Net Revenue from a Qualified Referral’s purchases, per Section 5.2.
5. Commission
5.1 Rate
Partner earns fifty percent (50%) of Net Revenue from qualifying in-app purchases made by Qualified Referrals during the Commission Period, unless a signed addendum states a different tier or rate.
5.2 Commission Period
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
50% of Net Revenue for the first sixty (60) days after the Qualified Referral’s first app open (install attribution date).
After the Commission Period ends, no further commission accrues on that user’s purchases unless Company extends the period in writing. Alternative tiers Company may offer by addendum include 30%–50% for 30–90 days, tiered by creator size, or fixed CPA bonuses.
5.3 Example calculations
Example A — 15% store fee:
| Line item | Amount |
|---|---|
| User purchase (gross) | $10.00 |
| App store fee (15%) | −$1.50 |
| Net Revenue | $8.50 |
| Partner commission (50%) | $4.25 |
| Company share (50%) | $4.25 |
Example B — 30% store fee:
| Line item | Amount |
|---|---|
| User purchase (gross) | $10.00 |
| App store fee (30%) | −$3.00 |
| Net Revenue | $7.00 |
| Partner commission (50%) | $3.50 |
| Company share (50%) | $3.50 |
Partner’s public statements must describe earnings as “a share of net revenue after platform fees and adjustments,” not as a fixed dollar amount per gross purchase.
6. Attribution
| Term | Default |
|---|---|
| Attribution window | User must install StockIT within thirty (30) days of clicking Partner’s referral link (Company may configure 7–30 days per campaign) |
| Attribution method | Last-click (or last-valid-click) among approved Partner links, per Company’s analytics system |
| Conflicts | Company’s attribution records are controlling absent manifest error |
| Re-installs | Re-attribution of returning users is at Company’s discretion and must not be gamed |
Company will provide Partner with a unique referral URL, deep link, and/or promo code. Partner must use only approved tracking links.
7. Payment
| Term | Default |
|---|---|
| Payment schedule | Monthly, thirty (30) days after month-end (net-30) |
| Minimum payout | USD $50.00 (or equivalent); balances below minimum roll forward |
| Payment method | PayPal, bank transfer, or other method Company supports; Partner provides valid tax/payment details |
| Currency | USD unless otherwise agreed |
| Refunds | Commission on refunded or charged-back purchases is clawed back from future payouts |
| Holds | Company may delay payment pending fraud review, store reconciliation, or dispute resolution |
8. Partner obligations
8.1 Disclosure (FTC / advertising law)
If Partner receives commission, free access, or other compensation for promoting StockIT, Partner must clearly and conspicuously disclose the material connection in every post, video, stream, and ad.
Ad — I may earn commission if you download or buy through my link.
Partners must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides, platform rules (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc.), and applicable local advertising and consumer-protection laws. Company will maintain reasonable policies to train and monitor paid Partners where required by law.
8.2 Brand and content rules
- Use only approved logos, screenshots, gameplay footage, and copy provided or permitted by Company
- Do not make false or unsubstantiated claims (e.g., guaranteed earnings, “get rich,” misleading win rates)
- Do not imply endorsement by Apple, Google, or StockIT beyond what Company authorizes
- Do not target minors with inappropriate claims or channels
- Do not use spam, incentivized installs, bot traffic, click farms, or misleading deep links
- Do not bid on Company trademarks in paid search without written approval
Company may provide a Creator Brief with additional rules; that brief is incorporated by reference when provided.
8.3 Taxes
Partner is an independent contractor, not an employee. Partner is solely responsible for all taxes, filings, and social contributions on commission income. Company may issue tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099-NEC) where required.
9. Prohibited conduct
Commission is void and Partner may be terminated for the following.
| Violation | Examples |
|---|---|
| Self-referral | Partner creating accounts to earn on own purchases |
| Fraud | Fake installs, emulators, stolen cards, attribution manipulation |
| Incentive abuse | Paying users to install without clear disclosure; “install for cash” schemes |
| Trademark / brand abuse | Unauthorized use of StockIT assets or impersonation |
| Policy violations | Circumventing IAP, encouraging off-store payment for digital goods |
| Chargeback farming | Patterns designed to generate commission on reversed payments |
Company may withhold or reverse commissions tied to prohibited conduct.
10. Data and reporting
Company will provide Partner with a partner dashboard or periodic reports showing, at Company’s discretion:
- Clicks, installs, and attributed users (aggregated)
- Qualifying purchase counts and Net Revenue attributed to Partner
- Estimated commission and payment status
Partners must not share confidential Company metrics publicly without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer user-level data beyond what the dashboard exposes, or use StockIT user data for unrelated marketing. Aggregated, non-confidential performance stats may be shared by Partner with disclosure as required by Section 8.1.
11. Term and termination
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Term | Begins on Effective Date; continues until terminated |
| Termination by Partner | Either party may terminate with fourteen (14) days’ written notice |
| Termination by Company | Immediate for breach, fraud, or brand risk; otherwise with notice |
| Effect | Upon termination, Partner stops using links and marks; unpaid earned commission (net of clawbacks) paid per Section 7 if above minimum and not fraud-related |
| Survival | Sections on confidentiality, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive |
Company may modify, pause, or end the program with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required for legal or fraud reasons.
12. Intellectual property
Company grants Partner a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved StockIT name, logos, and assets solely to promote the app under this Agreement. Partner grants Company a license to use Partner’s name, likeness, and submitted content for reporting and program administration.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
Partner represents that content is original or properly licensed, complies with law, and does not infringe third-party rights.
THE STOCKIT APP AND AFFILIATE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” COMPANY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. COMMISSION RATES AND NET REVENUE ARE SUBJECT TO STORE POLICIES AND ACTUAL COLLECTED AMOUNTS.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO COMMISSION PAID OR PAYABLE TO PARTNER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
15. General
| Topic | Rule |
|---|---|
| Governing law | As required by mandatory consumer or partner-protection rules in the Partner’s jurisdiction; otherwise the laws of the developer’s place of business, unless a signed addendum specifies otherwise |
| Disputes | Good-faith negotiation first; then binding arbitration or courts per applicable law and counsel advice |
| Entire agreement | This Agreement + signed addenda + Creator Briefs supersede prior oral terms |
| Amendments | Material changes require written notice; continued participation after notice may constitute acceptance |
| Assignment | Partner may not assign without Company consent |
